Professional Experience
Duane Jebbett is the past President and Chief Executive Officer of Rowmark, LLC in Findlay, Ohio. Rowmark is the leading global manufacturer and distributor of thin gauge plastic sheet products for the custom engraving, signage, and awards markets. During Duane’s 21-year career at Rowmark, the company grew profitably by more than 700%. The global company sells products in more than 85 countries through multiple domestic locations, as well as distribution facilities in Antwerp, Belgium and Sydney, Australia. During his tenure Duane also launched another separate large sheet extrusion manufacturing company called Premier Materials Concepts (PMC). PMC focuses on large sheet products that are formed and sold into the RV, Marine and Construction markets.
Duane serves as a Board member of the Roppe Corporation, is the past Chairman of the Board of Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS), was a Board of Trustees for the University of Findlay, the past Chair of the Raise the Bar Alliance Board, a Board Member for Keller Logistics in Defiance, Oh, a Board Member of Ballreich’s Snack Food Company in Tiffin, OH, a Board member/Co-Owner of Signs of Progress a Fast Signs Franchisee, and a Board Member for MediView a medical technology company in Findlay, OH. Duane and his wife Kathy also are Partners in K-M a Property Development Corporation.
Prior to Rowmark, Duane was the Vice President of Sales for Hancor, a drainage pipe manufacturer. He graduated from the State University of New York with a degree in Food Service Administration and then from The University of North Carolina’s Advanced Management Program.
