Michael Jaglo serves as Director of Federal Programs, where he helps organizations achieve mission success through innovation, technology, and strategic partnerships. A retired U.S. Navy Operations Specialist Senior Chief, Michael served in seven military campaigns during his Active and Reserve career, building extensive expertise in leadership, operational planning, and mission execution.

Known as a results-focused leader, Michael brings a unique customer-centric perspective gained from working on both sides of the healthcare industry. As both a healthcare company founder and a medical device provider, he understands the challenges organizations face and the solutions required to drive meaningful outcomes. His diverse background in military service, healthcare, and technology enables him to build trusted partnerships and deliver practical, mission-focused results for customers and stakeholders alike.

Professional Experience

Adam Rakestraw is an accomplished medical device professional with breadth of experience in sales, marketing, new product launch, training and management. He has worked extensively in spine, trauma, oncology, pain, vascular, imaging and capital equipment. Adam brings corporate, state government, and private practice legal experience to the team. Adam is passionate about his wife and daughters, advancing human health and driving corporate culture.
